Lucy & Ethel
Two tiny Yorkies that found themselves abandoned in a neighborhood.
A
concerned citizen picked them up and brought them to our shelter.
Both girls have severe tarter on their teeth;
Lucy's front teeth move when
you touch them
and Ethel has many front teeth missing.
They are starting
antibiotics so that dentals can be performed in
about 2 weeks. Both girls
need to be spayed, too.. very likely
they were used for breeding. Based on
examination, the girls
seem to be at least 6 years old.

Their coats were so matted and mis-shapen,
that both girls had to be shaved
down.
They were INFESTED with fleas, too!
Many, many
thanks to Ms. Jody at
A Doggie's Bag Boutique
for donating her time to these girls!!
Lucy acts like a puppy! Ethel likes her naps!
Now that they are at a foster home, life is going to be
GREAT for these two
little ladies!!
They are on the mend, getting quality food
and lots of
love and care!!
Donations to help cover the costs of
their vetting would be appreciated!
